1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Vehosts ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to game server hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vehosts provides hosting services including game server hosting (FiveM, Minecraft, CSGO, CS 1.6, Rust, MTA), VPS solutions (RDP KVM, Ryzen KVM, HVM), and related infrastructure services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

4. Server Usage Policy

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using our servers for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Hosting content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other malicious software
• Engaging in unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Running DDoS attacks or stress-testing tools against third parties
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributing illegal or pirated software
• Engaging in cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)

4.2 Enforcement

Violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your server without refund. We reserve the right to take action against any account that violates our policies without prior notice.

5. Responsibility and Liability

5.1 Our Responsibility

Any issues arising from our infrastructure, network, or hardware will be our responsibility. We will:

• Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly
• Provide compensation in accordance with our Refund Policy for significant outages caused by us
• Maintain transparent communication during service disruptions

5.2 Your Responsibility

Issues arising from your configuration, software, plugins, or usage are your sole responsibility. While we are happy to assist where possible, we are not obligated to resolve issues not caused by our infrastructure.

6. Support Policy

6.1 Authorized Support Requests

Only the registered account owner may request modifications, troubleshooting, or any support actions on their server. This includes:

• Partners, friends, co-owners, or developers of the server owner may not request support on behalf of the owner unless formally authorized
• Authorization must be communicated to us directly by the registered account owner through official channels
• We reserve the right to verify the identity of any support requester

6.2 Scope of Support

Our administration team reserves the right to accept or decline support requests that fall outside the scope of hosting-related issues. Mutual respect between all parties is expected and required during all interactions.

7. Server Renewal and Deletion

• Server renewal is available at any time (credit balances are excluded from this provision)
• Expired servers will be deleted after a grace period of 3 to 10 days to allow time for the owner to notice and take action
• Once a server is deleted after the grace period, all data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered
• It is your responsibility to renew your services on time and maintain backups of important data

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on vehosts.com are the property of Vehosts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
